You must be:

18+ Years Old

At least 18 years old

Authorized Representative

Authorized to represent the academy

3.Services Provided

CourtzApp allows academy admins to:

Manage court bookings

Offer and manage membership plans

Schedule coaching sessions and assessments

Maintain player profiles

Generate revenue and performance reports

4.User Responsibilities

Account Information

Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information

Lawful Use

Use the platform only for lawful purposes

Platform Integrity

Not attempt to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform

5.Payment and Subscriptions

Usage of CourtzApp may involve subscription-based pricing or one-time license fees.

Payment Method

Via integrated payment gateway

Refund Policy

No refunds unless explicitly stated

Agreement

Terms as per subscription agreement

6.Data Ownership

Your Data, Your Control: Academies retain ownership of their data (player details, bookings, etc.). CourtzApp only processes this data on behalf of the academy.

7.Limitation of Liability

CourtzApp is not liable for:

Business losses or indirect damages

Booking conflicts due to incorrect setup

Downtime caused by third-party providers

8.Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and code associated with CourtzApp are proprietary. You may not duplicate or distribute them without written permission.

9.Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to CourtzApp if there is:

Breach of Terms

Violation of these terms and conditions

Non-payment

Failure to pay subscription fees

Illegal Activity

Any form of illegal or prohibited activity

10.Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
